The Guidebook is intended to serve as a practical guide that explains the process of and requirements for putting in place a DRM plan. It can be used as a reference for DRM planning at the local level. The Guidebook builds on experiences in integrating disaster risk reduction into a city’s master planning process. Concepts, processes, methods, and case studies are also discussed in detail in this Guidebook. [Download]
