The first field investigation for Addressing Disaster Risk through Improved Indicators and Land Use Management: ADB Naga City Case Studies will be conducted on August 16-22, 2014 in Naga City, Philippines.
The first visit is intended to introduce the case study project to Naga City stakeholders and serve as a venue to collect relevant data and information. The mission members will conduct a workshop to assess the context within Naga City for risk-sensitive land use planning and development-linked incentives for urban disaster risk management, as well as the city’s compliance with national policy, legal and institutional arrangements for managing urban disaster risks.
