- Strategic Planning Workshop was conducted to map out the activities for the project in the Work Plan.
- Composition of the Project Implementation Team would be made up off the Core Group Members and the Task Leaders.
- Local Expertise would be used to provide sustainability and support to the project.
- Role of Focus Groups, Research Consortium, Advisory Committee, Peer Reviewer and Partner Institutions were discussed highlighting their importance to the project.

- Ranking of the disasters and risks that the population and assets of Mumbai are or might be facing,
- Recommendations to make the services more resilient to disasters including possible opportunities and threats, and suggestion of steps and measures that would help overcome possible threats.

- The EMI Field Investigation Team gave a presentation to the Mumbai Project Implementation Team that discussed the following:
- The concept of Shelter and Disaster Risk resiliency,
- Gave a account of the interviews conducted by the SDRR team during the 5th field investigation, as well as
